Niamh joined Lupton Fawcett as a Paralegal in September 2021 and has since completed her training contract with the firm, qualifying into the employment team in April 2024.

Niamh is involved in a range of contentious and non-contentious work within the employment team. She works with clients across various sectors, advising on day-to-day employment issues such as grievances, disciplinary matters, capability procedures, termination of employment and redundancy issues. She prides herself on her client focused approach when problem solving and in navigating challenging issues to reach a commercially favourable outcome.
She has expertise in preparing a range of bespoke employment documentation including employment contracts, handbooks, policies, consultancy agreements, directors’ service agreements and settlement agreements.
Niamh is part of the Leeds Law Society’s Employment Committee and looks forward to being involved in providing training, seminars and networking opportunities for legal professionals in and around Leeds.
