Jonathan handles a wide range of company law, corporate finance and governance matters. Mainstream work includes share buybacks, joint ventures and re-organisations. He has a particular interest in employee ownership and employee share schemes and advises on law and practice relating to partnerships and LLPs.

Whilst Jonathan acts for clients across all sectors, he has particular expertise in the technology and healthcare sectors.
