Lupton Fawcett further strengthens Sheffield Office with commercial property department specialist lawyer
Specialist property lawyer, Satinder Mander, has joined Lupton Fawcett’s Sheffield office as a senior solicitor.
Satinder has a broad range of property experience from complex lease matters, for both landlord and tenant, through to corporate acquisitions. She has also acted for lenders in relation to secured lending and high value finance matters.
In addition, she has specialist knowledge of the renewable energy market, having acquired sites for national solar farm developers.
More recently, Satinder has acted for national developers on portfolio acquisitions and disposals for both commercial and residential developments.
Commenting on her appointment, Satinder, said,
“I am delighted to be joining Lupton Fawcett, as it has an excellent reputation within the property sector. It also has one of the largest specialist property departments in Yorkshire, with 20 fee earners working across its Sheffield, Leeds and York offices. I am therefore looking forward to bringing my skills to help further strengthen the team.”
